CHEYLESMORE CLIMBING WALL - OPEN CLIMBING


Notice of Changes

	
From 12th January 2009, Cheylesmore Community Association will be implementing some
changes to Open Climbing.


•All climbers are required to fill in a New Registration Form for the period
 January 09 to December 09.

•Registration and Session Fees will no longer take place in Reception, all Fees and 
 Session Registration will take place in the Climbing Hall.

•The Annual Registration Fee will now be known as Membership Fee. The Membership
 Fee of £20.00 is being Reduced to £10.00. We are also introducing a New Concessionary
 Rate to the membership fee for the Over 60's, Students and the Unemployed - Proof of
 status required (NUS Card, Benefit Book, etc). Concessionary Membership Fee will be
 £5.00.

•The session fee will increase by 50p to £2.50 and we will be introducing a New Guest /
 Non Member Session Fee of £5.00. A Registered Member can bring up to two guests for a
 climbing session. The competent climber must sign their guests in and agree to
 provide tuition in the basic safety procedures if their guests are not experienced
 climbers, and full supervision throughout the session. The registered member is
 responsible for their guests' safety and safe behaviour during that time. A Guest may
 climb at Cheylesmore Wall upto five times as a guest before they are required to
 register as a member of Cheylesmore Wall.

•Opening Times & Days:-
 Monday 6.30pm - 9.30pm, Tuesday (trial) 6.30pm - 9.30pm & Thursday 7.30pm -9.30pm.
 Tuesday night sessions are a temporary trial, times may alter, sessions maybe cancelled 
 and trial may be stopped and you will be informed via notice board of any alterations.

•Although this is now a supervised climbing session, you still have a duty of care to
 yourself and others in the room.
